Therapy can be transformative - so why struggle alone? Whether you are in deep emotional pain, anxious, stressed or perhaps frustrated with your life, exploring the issues in a safe setting can be empowering. In a world that can feel frantic yet lonely, it's hard to dedicate time to yourself. But you are important: you deserve an opportunity to reassess 'how you got here', to be more self-aware and find ways to be truly happy.
The private small group workshop consists of around 3 hours of guidance and meditation, divided into 3 sessions. It includes a consultation session around a week after completion of the workshop to assess your progress. The workshop gives you all the tools you need to begin exploring the world of your Inner Child and all that they have to show you. We ask that you share as much as you can of your personal journey with your practitioner in order for them to guide you best during these sessions.

I want to express my gratitude for your support and guidance. Your compassionate approach enabled me to relax and express myself which I had always found hard. With you, I felt supported and encouraged to make major changes in my life, learned to respect myself and let go of things that didn't serve me. With you beside me, I learned to love and not be embarrassed for my expressions or being myself. I learned crying was ok, being angry was ok and I learned not to bottle up my emotions and how to stop being in my way.
